    We move, you check.

    We bring your data into your new system. You check customers, services and invoices in your own admin at yourdomain.com/admin, and nothing is sent to your customers until switch day.

    You switch.

    Point your domain, and renewals carry on from their dates.

Which systems can you move me from?
Any system that can export customers and services to CSV, and the ones listed on the Migrate page. Running something else? Ask us.
Will my customers notice?
They see your storefront and portal in their new look, and they set a new password from one email, because passwords don't move. Their services, renewal dates and open invoices are already there.
Do my customers need to enter their card again?
Yes. Saved cards and SEPA mandates don't move, so customers add a payment method again with their next invoice. Their renewal dates don't change.
How long does a move take?
We agree the switch day with you before we start, and we keep to it.

On a paid plan, your own domain can follow any time. How own domains work

Start on yourname.teculiar.net. When you're ready, add your own domain in Admin → Domains: one TXT record proves it's yours, one CNAME points it at us, and the certificate is issued for you. On Branded your storefront moves to it; on Unbranded and Operator your storefront, admin, client portal and API do.
