Move to Teculiar. We do the moving.
Tell us what you run today. We move your customers, services, domains and open invoices into your new system, and you check everything before you switch.
What moves, and what doesn't yet.
| Moves | Doesn't move yet |
|---|---|
| Customers and their contacts | Saved cards and SEPA mandates: customers add a payment method again with their next invoice |
| Products and prices | Passwords: customers set a new one from one email |
| Services, with their next due dates | Ticket history: it stays in your old system |
| Domains, with their expiry dates | Paid invoices: they stay in your old system's export |
| Open invoices; your numbering carries on |

How a move works.
- 01We look first.
You tell us what you run and how big it is. A person reacts within minutes, and we agree what moves and on which day.
- 02We move, you check.
We bring your data into your new system. You check customers, services and invoices in your own admin at yourdomain.com/admin before anything is live. Nothing is sent to your customers until switch day.
- 03You switch.
Point your domain. Renewals carry on from their dates.
We agree the switch day with you before we start, and we keep to it.
A done-for-you migration is free, at any size, on every plan.
Have these ready.
- Admin access to your current system, or a CSV export of its customers, services, domains and open invoices
- Your registrar and hosting panel logins
- Your PayPal or Mollie keys
- Access to your domain's DNS for switch day
Do my customers keep their renewal dates?
Can my invoice numbers continue?
Will hosting accounts be created again?
Do customers need to enter their card again?
What does a move cost?
Is there a self-serve importer?
