Do you charge per client, per invoice or per sale?
No. Paid plans never meter clients, invoices or revenue. The price you see is the price you pay, however much you bill.
What happens when Free reaches 50 active clients?
Your admin offers an upgrade to a higher plan, and no new client can be added until you take it. Customers you already have keep renewing, paying and opening tickets: a limit never takes anything away from them.
Do I need a card for Free?
No. Free has no payment step and asks for no card.
Can I use my own domain?
On Branded your storefront moves to your own domain; on Unbranded and Operator your admin, client portal and API do too. Free stays on yourname.teculiar.net. Adding a domain takes a TXT record and a CNAME, and the certificate is issued for you.
Which currencies can I pay in?
US dollars or euros. Euro prices are converted from dollars at our rate when you pay, and the checkout shows the exact amount first.
How can I pay?
PayPal, cards through Mollie, and SEPA Direct Debit when you pay in euros.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
PayPal, plus cards, SEPA Direct Debit and iDEAL through Mollie. Mollie accepts merchants in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. Stripe isn't supported.
What happens if I cancel?
Your system is disabled, not deleted, and we keep it for 90 days. In that time you can export your data or come back to it. After that, we ask you before anything is deleted.
Can you move my data from my current system?
Yes. We move your customers, services, domains and open invoices for you, free at any size, on every plan.
Are backups included?
Yes, on every plan, Free too: your system is backed up every day, and each backup is kept for 30 days.
Do the AI tools cost extra?
Not from us. The blog writer and the translator use your own DeepSeek API key, and DeepSeek bills you directly.
I'm on the old $19 plan. What changes?
At your next renewal you move to Unbranded at $13 a month, and you keep every module you use today. When our price drops, yours does too.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Cancel any time, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full.
