Every invoice in your customer's language and currency

An invoice keeps the language and currency it was issued in. A German customer paying in euros gets a German invoice in euros, and it stays that way.

Collected once

Two answers from a provider. One payment.

Checkouts and payments carry an idempotency key, so a retry, a double click or a late webhook never charges a customer twice.

Renewals

Renewals on time, at the price it was ordered at

Teculiar invoices a renewal before the term ends and sends one reminder per date. A new list price never reaches an existing service.

Unpaid invoices

Suspended, never deleted

When a renewal stays unpaid, the service is suspended after the last reminder. Pay the invoice and it comes back as it was.

Tax

VAT worked out before anyone pays

The server prices every order, tax included: the buyer's country rate, reverse charge for EU businesses with a VAT ID, zero rate outside the EU. The browser shows prices; it never decides a total.

Slow payments

A payment that clears days later still settles

Every 30 minutes Teculiar checks payments that are still pending, before any reminder goes out, so a customer who paid by SEPA is never chased.

Refunds

A refund asks what happens to the service

Return the money in your PayPal or Mollie account, record it here, and choose: the service keeps running, is suspended, or ends. Nothing is deleted either way.
