WHMCS alternative

A hosted WHMCS alternative that never meters your clients.

  • Teculiar is hosting billing software that we run for you: storefront, billing, domains and provisioning, with nothing to install.
  • It's free up to 50 active clients. Above that, a flat plan from $8 a month that never counts clients. WHMCS prices by active clients, from $34.95 a month for up to 250 on its self-hosted licence (checked 19 October 2026).
  • WHMCS has far more integrations. If you depend on one we don't have yet, stay with WHMCS for now.

When WHMCS is the better fit.

Not sure? Tell us what you use, and we'll say plainly whether Teculiar can do it.

  • You rely on an integration we don't have yet: Stripe, Plesk, DirectAdmin, Enhance, VirtFusion, Virtualizor or Proxmox.
  • You want the billing software on your own server, with its code and database in your hands. Teculiar is hosted only.
  • You use add-ons from its marketplace that nothing else offers.

Moving from WHMCS.

We move your customers, services, domains and open invoices from WHMCS for you, free at any size. Renewal dates stay as they are, and your invoice numbering carries on.

How a move works

Is Teculiar cheaper than WHMCS?
It depends on your client count. Up to 50 active clients, Teculiar is free. From 100 clients up, our paid plans cost $8 or $13 a month, against $25 to $84.95 for WHMCS (checked 19 October 2026). At 25 clients, WHMCS Cloud's $9.99 is close enough that price alone shouldn't decide.
What moves from WHMCS?
Customers, products and prices, services with their due dates, domains with their expiry dates, and open invoices. Paid invoices and ticket history stay in your WHMCS export.
Do my customers need new passwords?
Yes. Passwords don't move, so customers set a new one from one email.
Is there a WHMCS importer?
Not a self-serve one. We do the move for you.
Will my price go up every year?
No. Your plan renews at the price you ordered it at.

Your own domain can replace this address whenever you're ready. How own domains work

Start on yourname.teculiar.net. When you're ready, add your own domain in Admin → Domains: one TXT record proves it's yours, one CNAME points it at us, and the certificate is issued for you. On Branded your storefront moves to it; on Unbranded and Operator your storefront, admin, client portal and API do.
