Our promises

Rules we keep, in writing.

Each one protects your money or your customers. Our own tests hold us to them, and the ones about your price are in our terms.

Your customers' money

  • One invoice is collected once.A retry, a double click or a provider answering twice never charges your customer a second time.
  • A paid invoice is never reopened by a late failure. If a provider reports a failed attempt after the money arrived, the invoice stays paid.
  • A service renews at the price it was ordered at.Change your list prices any time; existing services keep theirs.
  • Each reminder goes out once per date.No customer gets the same reminder twice.

Your customers

  • Cancelling disables an account. It never deletes it.Deleting an account, a domain or a server is always a person's decision.
  • Your customers only hear from you when they should.A customer who has paid is never chased, and a guest's first email gets no automatic reply.
  • A limit never blocks your customers. If your plan reaches a limit, your customers still renew, pay, sign in, open tickets and use their services.

Your plan

  • We never meter your growth.Paid plans never count clients, invoices or revenue.
  • Your plan's price is locked. It renews at the price you ordered it at, even if new customers pay more.
  • The free plan never shrinks. Its limits may rise. They never fall for systems already on it.
  • A downgrade never deletes.Anything over a new limit keeps working; only new additions wait.

Being public

  • Prices, known gaps and the changelog are public.Anyone can read them, gaps included, without asking us.
  • A person reacts to every ticket within minutes.Around the clock, from Berlin. An answer never waits for a sales call.

What we don't promise.

An uptime percentage. Instead, every incident goes on the status page, with times.
